Being an adult seems to be synonymous with being serious, rational, always focused on achieving goals, doing what needs to be done and being useful. This makes us dull, tired and stuck in old beliefs, patterns and programs. We need to (re)connect to our inner child, for this is where our creativity, joy and wonder lies.
